- The latest twist in the Eric Frimpong controversial rape conviction? His father says he was lured from Ghana without his permission by a “white man” and this individual is who is responsible for Eric’s present situation.

- Fulham FC announced yesterday that Eddie Johnson has launched a public service effort for local youth called Kickz. Sounds promising, and it’s good to see EJ making such a positive contribution to the community so early in his stay. Also on FulhamFC.com is a fun-spirited Q&A with Eddie. Betcha didn’t know he wants to meet the dinosaurs. Or that he supports NFL-style instant replay in soccer. Good stuff.
